･ Please contact me at least a week before a deadline. The closer the deadline, the higher the fee. Same day may be available for smaller commissions at +150% payment.

･ My work is for personal use only & cannot be used for profit without prior agreement. This includes use in any monetized format. (Videos, streams, print.)

You may use commissioned artwork on your page, non-profit streams, icons, etc, with credit. Please do not share modified versions of my work without letting me know. I allow edits ! You can edit it as needed.

･ Payment First ! Please let me know if you need a payment plan. I do not start any work until I have received full payment.

･ Please ask for any edits / changes when WIPs are sent. I send work in progress images as I work, you must approve these before I can continue. All edits made afterwards will be subject to additional fees.

･ No refunds. You may ask me for a refund if I haven't started yet (after at least 6 weeks), but after the commission is complete, you cannot get a refund. If I am unable to finish your commission, I will personally refund you.

･ For commercial rights, I charge a one time fee, for any usage including but not limited to: streaming assets, promotional artwork, game illustrations, etc. My artwork may not be used for AI or NFT projects.

･ Streaming Assets: +50% of the price.

･ Character Designs: +100%

･ Merchandise: +200%

･ Commercial use can be purchased at a later time. Printing my work for non-profit use, such as a print, keychains, stickers, for yourself is OK !

･ I must receive proper credit for all work.

･ By obtaining my bases, you agree to abide by my ToS.

･ Comment after you purchase ! It'll be proof that you've got the rights to use it.

･ You may not redistribute the base. 1 purchase = 1 person's use. The buyer may use it as many times as they want.

･ Profit Use. You may use to make adopts, ref sheets & customs ! Edit it as you please. YCH & Commissions = OK !

･ Credit. Please credit my deviantart for the base. The person who edited the base must also get credit. You may use them offsite, but always link back.

･ Do not use for mass commercial products. (Prints, keychains, etc.) Private use only.

･ I generally operate on a 3 strike basis for minor offenses.

･ Do not provide designs / my services to people on my Blacklist

･ Minor offenses: failing to fulfill payments, not responding to completed commissions, publicly posting unwatermarked versions of my work, etc.

･ Major offenses: failing to update the Masterlist / deleting trade logs, altering my artwork without my permission. Breach of ToS.

･ If you think someone's trade seems fishy or you want to verify a resell price, please check with me !

･ I will not draw anything relating to sh-tacon, l-licon, or DDLG.

･ Do not use my character designs for f-tishes that involve minors.

･ Character Usage. You may do as you wish with the character you purchased as long as it's not for profit. (Unless you have obtained commercial rights from me.) You must credit at least once for the original design. Please do not claim it as your own. You can alter it as you please.

･ ･ ･ Closed Species Voiding. voiding them is fine as long as you edit according to the CS ToS. Please let me know if you edit my art. Once a design is voided, you must update me as the masterlist. You may also turn a character into a CS ! Just make sure to notify me.

･ ･ ･ Edits. Edits are totally fine as long as you let me know ! This includes to any extra artwork I've done for a character if you own it. I will not allow any offensive edits or whitewashing.

･ ･ ･ Multiple edits are ok ! AUs too, but they may not be split into separate characters. if the original is traded, all edited versions must go with it.

･ Tibumeru If the character you have purchased from me is a Tibumeru, you don't need to use it as a species.

･ ･ ･ As a Tibumeru: You must follow the group rules. They can be found on the group page. If you are unable to follow the BIG rules (no art theft, abuse, etc), you will get banned from the group, as well as a possible block from me. If you are blocked or banned, you may no longer participate in the species. You can, however, keep the purchased character.

･ ･ ･ Tibumeru adopted from me, can be used as Tibumeru outside of the group // Tibumeru universe.

･ Resells can only be sold for same price or lower. (Original Purchase Price + commissioned extra artwork.) Artwork you made yourself or obtained as gift/trade do not get added into resell value.

･ Reselling Traded Characters. If you obtained a character in TRADE, you may only resell it for the original purchase price + $ you put into it yourself. Gifts/Trades do not count.

･ Please keep trading/reselling on DeviantArt or Toyhouse ! I am not active on other sites.

･ By obtaining my work, you agree to abide by my terms.

･ Co-ownership. Co-owning is strongly discouraged. If a character is co-owned, the character may NOT be traded or resold without BOTH owners approval.

･ Masterlist. Please keep the trade logs. (Ownership on TH). Please check my gallery for the original submission ! Make sure the right username is listed.
